The Orange Community Council of PTAs (OCC) is comprised of 27 PTA units in schools in the Orange Unified School District (OUSD) which includes portions of Anaheim, Garden Grove, Orange, Santa Ana and Villa Park. OCC is proud to work with and support our members, units, all who are part of OUSD and the surrounding communities, for the benefit of all children. The Orange Community Council of PTAs (OCC) maintains this website with the hope you'll find what you're looking for.

      Collection of hours is important to our organization for many reasons.Maintaining federal tax exemption is one of the most important. An organization granted nonprofit charitable status must receive one-third of its support from the general public. Valuation of service hours expended in carrying out the purposes for which it was formed will positively effect the public support ratio of PTA.
